My daily training

This last summer I thought that I had to do more exercise. I thought this because in other courses such as ESO or primary school I was practicing sports like swimming, football, basketball and a very unpopular sport called underwater hockey. But when I started the first batxillerat I stopped playing sports. So that summer I started thinking about how to practice sports and have enough time to study at the same time. The first idea that I had was that I couldn't do any outdoor sports. Based on that, my only option was to do some exercises at home. Then I started looking web pages to help me with my training. I found these web pages:

Now i'm trying to follow the steps of these pages. I've been training a few months and I am noticing the results. I feel healthier and perhaps a little stronger.

  1. Hi Mike I think that this solution is good for you but I prefer outdoor sports . All the people must practice sport moreover if you are a teenager. I have the same problem because we are doing second of batxillerat and all days we have a lot of work, but some times if I and my neighbour want we go to the beach and play some water sports. I think that you must find on outdoor sport like mountain bike …
    On the other hand we will must work a lot if we want pass, so I can´t make you happy, unless I am: XD
